We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on:

- Subscription renewal charges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase—whether it is your first billing cycle or a renewal—you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge date, and we will issue a full refund.

2. Subscription Renewals
All memberships and subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period
- The payment method on file will be charged automatically
- You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date to avoid being billed for the next cycle
Renewal reminders may be sent, but are not guaranteed, and the responsibility to cancel rests with the customer.
